This lawn mower is a cracker. It is relatively easy to put together. Charge the batteries when you get it. The folding of the 'handle' is going to be easier and more familiar the longer I use it. The grass bag is plenty big enough and the cutting width is superior to my last skinny mower.
On first use a few days ago (after the masses of rain we have had dropped enough for the grass to dry for a cut) it took me a lot less time to mow the back garden. The best part is there's no cable to unfold, get the kinks out of it, plug it in and run it under the door into the garden and so on. Then to have to keep moving it out of the way... None of that any more.
The batteries are large, but I'm not sure about the longevity of a charge just yet. Two batteries, one in the mower at a time, so great if your garden is a little too large for one battery to cope with. Now the grass will be an awful lot easier and less daunting to keep it looking good.
At first use the mower isn't as heavy as it looks. Once built it looks like a substantial product and should last long enough to make the price less of an issue over the years ahead. Power wise it has done well on first use, hope that continues. I like it and for anyone else wondering about swapping over to a cordless mower, give it a go. It will give you more time for other stuff, especially if you don't like mowing.
