    The unit arrived with visible damage and scratches. It was also noticeably noisy when powered on, much more than expected. I had to return it before fully testing its performance, so I can't comment on temperature stability. However, the most critical issue was the misleading product dimensions. The fridge requires significant clearance for ventilation based on its manual — 50–70mm at the back — but this was not disclosed in the listing. Without this space, the fridge's lifespan could be compromised. As a freestanding unit, this should have been made explicit. Returned due to these concerns.

      I cannot post separate reviews for these two items so both covered, similar performance and failings.

      The Hisense RL170D4BWE larder fridge works OK. We used a remote-sensor thermometer to check on the inside temperature and needed to set the fridge near the coldest setting for it to be stable around 4C to 6C.
      It is frost-free.

      The Hisense FV105D4BW21 freezer works OK. We used the thermometer to check on the inside temperature and the freezer needed to be set near coldest for it to be stable around -18C.
      Defrosting it is an utter pain! A siphon pump is essential.

      Both share the same significant limitations.

      1. Levelling works up to a point, the left front foot can be adjusted, the right foot seems fixed.

      2. The door fits well BUT it is not reversible. The design is for a reversible door, but the (right) top pivot is fixed into the body of the fridge during manufacture, glued into a rubber mount and immovable. On the left side is a void where the rubber mount might be. This misrepresentation cost it a star because we needed both of them other way round.

      3. The handle sticks out too far from the non-reversible door to the side and front, which in a small kitchen prevents opening drawers etc in the adjacent cabinet at right angles to it. So now we have no handle on it. A recessed handle (as on many fridges and freezers) would have been much better. This cost it another star.

      When we can afford a better fridge and freezer, both these will go.

      Ho acquistato il congelatore Hisense FV105D4BW21 per avere un supporto aggiuntivo in cucina, e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Le dimensioni compatte lo rendono perfetto per essere posizionato sotto il piano di lavoro, senza occupare troppo spazio. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte, offre una capacità interna di 82 litri, suddivisa in tre cassetti trasparenti che facilitano l'organizzazione degli alimenti.

      Il congelatore è estremamente silenzioso, con un livello di rumorosità di soli 40 decibel, il che lo rende ideale anche per ambienti open space o piccoli appartamenti. Inoltre, la porta reversibile e i piedini regolabili permettono una facile installazione e adattabilità a diverse configurazioni di cucina.
      Consiglio vivamente questo congelatore a chi cerca un prodotto funzionale, silenzioso e dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

      Questa é una valutazione iniziale avendo ricevuto e installato il congelatore solo da 1 giorno posso ora recensire esclusivamente la "prima impressione".
      Consegna: molto precisi i 2 addetti, educati, veloci e cordiali.
      Aspetto dell'imballo: perfetto, nessuna ammaccatura o cartone danneggiato all'esterno, chiusura dell'imballo completata con 4 giri di "reggia".
      Apertura: basta avere un buon paio di forbici e tagliare la reggia, poi aprire il cartone dal lato dove é punzonato (operazione facilissima), infine togliere il polistirolo di protezione sia sul lato "alto" che sotto la base.
      Aspetto: la porta esterna é ben fissata per non aprirsi e non sbattere durante il trasporto, apparecchio bianco, senza alcun segno o ammaccatura, protetto da apposito sacco di plastica leggera e trasparente, ogni singolo cassetto interno ha 4 protezioni agli angoli per evitare danni da trasporto; la sensazione generale é di una particolare cura nell'assemblaggio e nelle finiture di protezione.
      Accensione: una volta lavati per bene i 3 cassetti interni in plexiglass trasparente (come indicato nelle istruzioni), l'accensione é automatica inserendo la spina nella presa di corrente; il rumore é standard per questo tipo di elettrodomestico, quindi contenuto anche se udibile da vicino ma mai fastidioso.
      Prova del congelatore: acceso per circa 2 ore, solo per verificare il funzionamento, ha comunque prodotto un freddo intenso all'interno ed ha ghiacciato l'acqua messa per prova dentro la "formina" dei cubetti (accessorio fornito e molto utile).
      Garanzia: una volta ricopiati la sigla modello e il numero di serie, che si trovano su una etichetta interna in basso a sinistra, si può procedere alla registrazione della Garanzia sul Sito Hisense come indicato nel libretto; la registrazione é immediata.
      Considerazione finale: per essere un congelatore a cassetti da 82 litri, ritengo sia molto funzionale e anche elegante, cosa che non guasta. Sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

      Verificate bene le spine con cui lo connettete perchè si surriscaldano un pò.
      Manca una luce all'accensione e un led di funzionamento.

      Mi è arrivato il freezer e dopo averlo acceso faceva un click metallico abbastanza fastidioso ogni 15 minuti, prima della rifregerazione. Ho chiamato l'assistenza Hisense che, con grande scortesia, alla fine delle innumerevoli email (tra cui audio e video) mi rispondono che quel rumore è normale. Faccio una domanda qui sul sito agli acquirenti del freezer esponendo il problema e chiedendo se anche a loro facesse quel click metallico e la risposta di circa 10 risposte è stata NO. Per cui contatto l'assistenza Amazon che prontamente mi sostituisce il freezer con un altro uguale e...anche questo fa il click metallico. Ora...sarà che vivo in un posto molto silenzioso ma a me questo click continuo da veramente fastidio. Lo terrò qualche giorno, se non riuscirò ad abituarmi chiederò nuovamente il reso ma questa volta lo cambierò con un'altra marca. 1 stella quindi è per il prodotto (anche se congela benissimo ed è anche abbastanza capiente, non c'è la luce interna però ), 5 stelle invece ad Amazon, sempre una garanzia di affidabilità, efficienza e cura al cliente.
