Speedy delivery
It came on the day we requested, so that was very good. On inspection it did have a few digs in the wood and the head board felt like it could have been sanded down a bit more, but once it is up you don't really notice. This is just a spare bed for us, so suits us.

After spending 2-3 hours to assemble part of the bed frame I was unable to fit the slates. The footboard was wider compared to headboard. They were proactive to answer in the first instance and after requesting a return things slightly changed. I had to arrange own transport and still waiting for a refund.
It was quite disappointing and unsure what checks are implemented to secure that quality assurance that is expected.
