Won't connect to APP

1. Download the updated "Smart Life" app. 2. Turn on the light strip, and long press the controller button till the light strip blinks rapidly (in pairing mode). 3. Follow the guidance in the app, and add device to the "Smart Life" app.
Won't connect to WiFi

1. The smart LED strip only supports 2.4GHz network, please split dual-band networks or rename the 2.4GHz SSID. 2. Move the router closer signal. 3. Ensure the WiFi password is correct. 4. Reset the strip or reboot the router, and try it again.
Does it have white light?

No pure white light. This is a RGB led strip, the white light is simulated.
Is it cuttable?

Yes. Please unplug before cutting, and cut at marked scissor icons or copper pads. After cutting, the section of the strip without power will not light up, so plan your cuts carefully.

This is a lovely light kit, doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other kits (such as multi coloured zones) but they're bright and colourful and easy to control. They work well with Alexa and it was easy to set a routine to dim them overnight using the app (there's also a timer function in the hardware app but haven't used that so can't comment on it). They seemed to stick well and have a good even colour all along but they are very obviously spotty and need to be indirect for an even light. I had to move my nets up to diffuse it over the narrow window section where it was otherwise very obvious

Edited to add a note about Alexa - it doesn't like changing brightness and colour at the same time using routines. A work around is to add a 5 second wait between the two. Also a bit disappointed I can't set it to a random colour. Neither of these is enough to take off a star for, but worth being aware of if you're looking to buy

Have installed these in my conservatory and the ability to dim and change colours make them great for mood lighting. Easy to put up and the adhesive is holding them in place, although I've installed them flat so not much strain on the adhesive.
The app was a bit fiddly to sort out, as per a couple of previous reviews but go there in the end.
My Alexa automatically connected but I'm not sure how to get it to change colours or brightness.

This is one of my best purchases for a while. They stick very easily and can be cut to size. They respond well to control from the included remote. And, best of all in my eyes, they can be controlled from my phone in the Google Home app. The range of colours is fabulous with great range of colours and can be controlled quite subtly to give different shades of white too.

Just one thing, after two months of use, three of the LEDs are now tinting to yellow when they should be white. The hundreds of others are still behaving very well though. My daughter still loves them in her bedroom. And her brothers are still jealous.

Very weak "bright white" light that is definitely blue

Very disappointed with these. Particulalrly wanted bright white lights within the range and fitted many more lights than I replaced but the "bright" white is actually very weak even at full strentgth, and has a definite bluish tint. Result - an afternoon wasted and poorer lights than the much older, non-controllable ones I had.

I bought these to replace an older set, these are very bright and arrived quickly with a UK plug. These were to be connected to Alexa, and although the instructions are basic, they are easy to follow. However, the LePro app will not let you connect unless you have a published 2.4Ghz wifi connection. To enable this would mean re-configuring my router and reconnecting all me devices, no thanks.

I found a post online which Lepro said about connecting using smartlife app instead of their own app., tried this and it connected immediately and was fully functional. So if having no joy with the Lepro app try the Smartlife app.
