The pans themselves are good quality and generally speaking have been happy with them until recently when the copper coating started peeling… even though states they are dishwasher safe the manufacturer/supplier deny it. I use dishwasher every day for home cooking so purchased this set specifically as they were dishwasher safe. THEY ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE

    No sign of wear after 2 years of heavy home cooking, I'm really impressed by this set of pans! Easy to clean thanks to the non-stick qualities, perfect size for a family of 2-4 people, elegant look if you like to put the pot in the middle of the table.
    I'd only recommend to be careful when washing and rinsing the silicon tools: they may absorbe soap taste, and then release it to the food

    Best pans I've ever bought; but then I have not bought many. The pans are versatile with a good layer of non-stck surfaces. Could have done with another smaller saucepan. That said: the handles get too hot to hold without gloves when used on gas and the metal will tarnish at the base also the base on many of the pans has started to discolour which leaves me wondering if they will go the distance. The oven gloves that came with the set seem to have very poor heat resistance with one glove already damaged and the spatulas come apart after just a few uses.

    The bottom of the pan is thick and the color is really flattering to my kitchen. I like these pans. I’ve been specifically looking for ceramic coating non-stick pans because I heard that they are safe and non-stick. After some price comparison and review reading I’ve decided to choose this set. I have been using the whole set of pans and pots for more than a month now and I am very happy with what I got. They eventually won’t stick after cleaned with warm water and the coating stays on even after i accidentally burned the food. I was mainly worried about the non-stick coating coming off after the pans being burned too hot and releasing chemicals but these pans don’t have this issue. The only thing that I am struggling is to choose between silicon handles or stainless steal handles because the stainless steal handles allow me to put the pots in the oven. However the handles get too hot though during cooking so I have to use a cloth to wrap around the handles constantly. That’s the downside about this set. If only they have pans with removable silicon handles then I’ll be perfectly happy.

    I’ve had these pots and pans for six months now and I love them! However, you do have to research how to cook with ceramic cookware so that you don’t wreck them. One of the major things is not letting the pan sit empty on the burner, even if it’s just oil. Add food immediately! These heat up quickly and if left with nothing in them it ruins the nonstick coating. One of my pans got ruined by my husband when I was away for a week precisely because he would leave it on the burner with nothing in it while he prepped food. When cleaning use only the soft side of the sponge and hand dry them, and absolutely do not use metal spoons or spatulas. Silicone or bamboo only! I did take off a star for the handles, they do get hot and burn your hands so handle with a mitt or a towel. The lids do feel a little flimsy, but it’s nothing major. I contacted the company about my pan that got ruined, looking to see if it had a warranty. They weren’t able to replace that specific pan since it only came in a set, but they did send me the separate stock pot as a replacement for free, which I’m pleased with since I had been thinking about buying it. The company does take a while to reply; I believe it’s because of major time zone differences, but they were pleasant and had my stock pot delivered in a week. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase, and as long as you properly use and maintain the pans they look like they’ll last.
