Hesitated about buying these, wondered how much I’d use them, what the quality would be etc.
Thought I deserved a treat, I rarely treat myself but I caught myself in the mirror late one night and I looked so tired and drained. I’ve got three small children and I rarely look after myself.
I read the reviews and thought, surely I’ve got a minute or two each night to glide these over my puffy face? You wash before and after use, dry with a soft cloth and put them in the specially made box provided. Either in the fridge or the freezer for at least 15minutes and then take them out and start de-puffing your face.
I follow the little manual included and most of the time don’t apply a cream or serum until after. I do look less puffy but I wouldn’t say it’s a drastic supermodel improvement. But what I really notice is how relaxed I am, how pampered I feel and how good it is to just take a few minutes for myself. I now do this morning and night and sometimes before I put my makeup on. They are really good quality and I’ve bought a set for my friend for her birthday.
I think it’s a really good starting point for self care and there are some good tutorials online about how to use them. As a bonus, my daughter used it recently having been stung by a wasp on her eye and they worked a treat at reducing the swelling and the pain.
