As a long time, Lexar and Sandisk loyalist I was a little bit reluctant to try this card out, but it was a good price and I could test it out with non-critical filming. After using it for over a month, I gotta say I’m pretty happy with the results. I’m using this in the Lumix S5II, so far I’ve recorded/shot in almost every format available to me from 4K 60p 422, 6K 30p 420 and lots of burst photography and it holds up nicely.

Right speeds are good and the price is right. I’ll be definitely getting more in the future.

I purchased 3x512gb V60 UHS2 Sabrent cards. 1 for use in the the Sony A7C (definitely faster than a UHS1, but I never really use this camera for action). The other 2x for the Sony A9. I only do still shooting so I can't comment on video performance. I also have 2x128gb V90 Sony cards for the A9 which I was using before, and these Sabrent cards take only a couple of extra seconds to clear the buffer from full so are pretty close in terms of real world performance. The extra capacity available (2x 512gb in my case) more than compensate for any additional buffer clearing time. I also shoot an A1 and they are pretty good in there, but nothing like the CFexpress Type A card, so I've stuck with the CFExpress cards there for now. I am tempted to buy 2x1TB version of this card for travel so I don't have to worry about filling up the cards mid trip. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a balance between fast writing speeds and large capacities.

The card is very fast and has a very good capacity for a great price. Worked flawlessly in a Sony a7r iv for about 7 months, but when used in a Fujifilm x-t4 the card corrupted on the 3rd use taking all of the data with it. No chance to recover the data using software and not recognised in pc or Mac - similar to another reviewer also using a Fujifilm x-t4.

Fujifilm have had a similar issue with Lexar cards previously, so just be aware but had zero problems in other camera brands !

Its write speed, on large files, which is more important (and this file is 95GB), is always between 140MB/s and 148MB/s.
Many cards can do that. But generally they slow down after a few GB has been written. Often to a snails pace. And this gets slower as the card fills. So they look good on a Crystal Diskmark test. But slow right down on big files. So most are unuseable to copy large chunks of data to on a PC. This card will write at 140MB/s continuously until completely full.
This is the 512GB version.

If yours is slower then get a better card reader! Or different drivers.
I actualy get 170MB/s write speed with a high quality branded card reader, 145MB/s write on my dell laptop (shown).

I have several of these cards they all fail. Luckily I have always used more than one brand in my camera at once (duel card slots) so didn't lose any data. After the last card failed I thought I'd try a warranty replacement. The warranty is useless. Don't buy from this brand they are cheap and will fail 100%

Große Filmdateien erreichten stabil um die 185MB/s, kleiner JPG um die 100MB/s und die grösseren JGP (Über 30MB pro Foto) lagen über 160MB/s. Die Karte wird schreibend mit 170MB/s beworben. Ja, die Kombi wird sehr warm, hat aber bei mir die Geschwindigkeit nicht heruntergeregelt.

Dann habe ich die Daten zurück auf den Rechner geschrieben. Bei Filmdateien wurden stabil deutlich über 260MB/s erreicht. Die SD-Karte soll 270 MB/s schaffen. Bei JPG lag die Datenrate um die 230MB/s. Ohne Geschwindigkeitseinbruch durch die Dauerbelastung. Wenn ich mir ansehe, was für andere Reader und Karten verlangt wird, die diese Geschwindigkeit können sollen, würde ich diese Kombi hier als äusserst preiswert bezeichnen. Und sehr leistungsfähig und stabil im Betrieb. Damit gibt es 5 Sterne, eine klare Empfehlung sowie ein Update, sollte sich das Ganze als kurzlebig erweisen. Wenn der Reader nur eingesteckt ist, kann ich übrigens keine Wärmeentwicklung feststellen. Er bleibt absolut kühl. Das gilt auch, wenn die SD-Karte eingesteckt ist. Der USB-Stecker sitzt rech fest, aber das finde ich persönlich nicht störend. Er sitzt stabil im Slot, das ist mir lieber als ein „Wackelpudding“.

Natürlich braucht es eine Hardware auf der Gegenseite, die diese Geschwindigkeiten auch darstellen kann. Entsprechend sind dann die Ergebnisse, wobei es immer einen Unterscheid macht, ob man viele kleine Dateien oder wenige große Dateien überträgt. Die Maximalleistung wird man mit kleinen JPG nie erreichen. Möglicherweise kann man die Leistung mit einer anderen Formatierung als ex-Fat und natürlich mit einer V90-Karte (die ich nicht brauche) noch steigern, aber ich bin beeindruckt, wie gut sich diese Kombi an meinem Rechner geschlagen hat. Damit sind meine Erwartungen vollständig erreicht und zum Teil sogar übertroffen worden. Es lohnt sich aktuell, zu checken, ob es die Karte bei Amazon in anderen Ländern deutlich günstiger gibt.
