    I purchased as I am pre diabetic and read about positive impact on blood sugar taking berberine so thought I would give these a try.

    After 2 months my fasting blood glucose hasn’t come down so maybe it doesn’t work for me. I didn’t realise these contain flour as a Filler and clean berberine may be better for improving blood sugar but that was my error as I didn’t realise when ordering but thought it was worth noting incase anyone else is ordering for similar reasons
