      I bought this TV to replace my old Samsung 3D TV bought 13 years ago. Basically for a smart TV it was so old that it was no longer smart! Sites detected that I was using an old TV and said that I could not use their service.
      However, the old TV seemed to have a virtual surround-sound system built in (probably because it was 3D), and so it gave a wonderfully 'full' sound.
      The picture on this new TV is great, and the TV works basically out of the box (with tuning of course). Others have said that the sound is tinny, but I have found that if anything it is a bit too bassy. I changed the equalizer settings on the TV to reduce the low frequencies and this improved things but it is still not ideal. It does not have the fullness of sound that the old TV did. So I have bought a (Panasonic) sound bar to go with it. It has helped a bit, but not as much as I had hoped. (That is another story and review though.)
      Overall the TV is fine, a great picture and passable sound.

      This TV gives a veery dull picture on some streaming services. No matter what changes you make it barely improves the picture. In particular it is poor with Apple TV+.
