OK, lets deal with what is likely to be the biggest gripe of a 'proper' musician: The key weighting is only soft or heavy, no fine control over keypresses.
Right, now that is out of the way...
Con: The internal speaker is only OK, but listen through headphones or an external amplifier and sound quality is much better, if using the internal speaker aim for around 60% volume (10 on the display) as it sounds quite reasonable then, on this keyboard at least! (I think the internal amplifier is let down by the speaker)
Pro: Full size keys give the LEKATO 61 Key Folding Piano Keyboard the feel of playing piano (or other keyboards), and with the caveat above, it is easy to play, it has lightly textured keys, rather than 'glossy' as in a classic piano.
Functions include Metronome, Rhythm (percussion) accompianmentwith 128 selections, 20 demo tunes (which may be used as a leaning aid) and 128 tones (Hammond Organ is great over headphones!) imitating other instruments - some are very good...
A sustain pedal is provided, which holds the note(s) played for a second or so before decaying, this is also selectable from the control panel.
There is bluetooth connectivity both for external sound sources, and to enable connectivity to apps on both IOS & Android (I've not tried any of these) permitting the keyboard to use the apps.
Having an inbuilt battery makes it very portable, a charger & cable is provided.
The LEKATO 61 Key Folding Piano Keyboard comes in a cloth carry case - retain the foam pad with the hole in it, it protects the lock catch when the keyboard is folded. A music stand slots into the top of the keyboard, if required.
There are other functions I have yet to explore - Transpose in particular. Later, maybe, when I'm playing with some ability!
Caveat: I am a beginner learning to play as both brain and hand exercise, for me the LEKATO 61 Key Folding Piano Keyboard is ideal, hence my giving it 5 stars, more experienced musicians may disagree, naturally.
