Product description
WINDFORCE cooling system
The WINDFORCE cooling system features three 80mm unique alternately spinning blade fans, 4 composite copper heat pipes directly touching the GPU, 3D active fans and Screen cooling, which together provide high efficiency heat dissipation.
Alternate spinning fans
Reduce the turbulence of adjacent fans and increase airflow pressure. GIGABYTE turns the adjacent fans in the opposite direction, so that the airflow direction between the two fans is the same, reducing the turbulence and enhancing the airflow pressure.
3D active fans
The 3D Active Fan provides semi-passive cooling, and the fans will remain off when the GPU is in a low load or low power game.
Unique blade fan
The airflow is spilt by the triangular fan edge, and guided smoothly through the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface.
Screen cooling
Extended heatsink allows air to pass through, providing better heat dissipation.
Direct touch heatpipes
The shape of the copper heat pipe maximizes the direct contact area with the GPU. The heat pipe also covers the VRAM through a large metal plate contact to ensure proper cooling.
Protective metal back plate
The metal back plate not only provides an aesthetical shape, but also enhances the structure of the graphics card to provide complete protection.
Graphene nano lubricant
Graphene nano lubricant can extend the life of sleeve bearing fan by 2.1 times, close to the life of double ball bearing, and is quieter

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 January 2025Style Name: WINDFORCEPattern Name: SingleVerified PurchaseThis has been a great card for everything I've played so far. No issues getting a high FPS in 1440p high settings, paired with Ryzen 7600x, 32gb DDR5 6000 CLS30, B650 board, 2tb m.2 drive.
I have no sound issues, in my case it's essentially silent. Often the case fans are enough to keep the card cool and the card fans don't even kick in. My case is NZXT H6 flow and I have two 140mm fans pointing up at the GPU.
I like how the Nvidia app takes care of drivers, I haven't had to even think about it and it just works. 3Dmark demo scores show the system is working well compared to similar PCs.
Overall very happy that it works without any agro and I can enjoy the games.

- Handles new titles such as warhammer space marine 2 (ultra settings 120fps) and baldurs gate (ultra settings 144fps) while not even reaching above 60 degrees
- Old games e.g OW are a breeze and run at constant 144 fps (I have it capped to my refresh rate)
- Easy install into the motherboard and comes with the PCIE cable. Needed to use 2x 8pin cables to attach to my PSU (so if your PSU doesn't have those cables you should buy them seperately
Overall I am highly satisfied with the purchase and great performance for the cost. Good temps and great FPS. Dont see any reason to go for any more expensive GPUs unless you want to play 4k or something.

Bougjt this at the start of January. Feel lucky after the disastrous launch of the 50 series which I was considering getting instead of the 4070 super.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 January 2024Style Name: WINDFORCEPattern Name: SingleVerified PurchaseI bought it for £579.99, a few minutes before the price increased to over £690. I recommend against buying it at that higher price as £580 already is a lot to ask for 1440p gaming, but at the lower price I paid I am happy with it. Strong 1440p gaming with ray tracing enabled, and all the Nvidia goodies to go along with it.
Fits perfectly in the Fractal Torrent Nano, no issues with the 12v high power connector bending too much in this case.
The fans are noticeably louder than on the normal 4070 of the same model, but that is to be expected as the gaming power consumption is almost 40w more.
If you are on a tighter budget and are not as interested in ray tracing and things like DLSS, I suggest also looking at the Radeon RX 7800 XT, you can get them for pretty good prices and they have 4gb more vram.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ottima espansione per mio Dell XPS 2020

5.0 out of 5 stars Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super Review: The Next-Level GPU That Delivers on Every Front
Style Name: GAMING OCPattern Name: SingleVerified PurchaseWhen I first laid eyes on the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super, I knew I was in for a treat, but little did I expect it to exceed every expectation I had. As an enthusiast who has experienced multiple generations of GPUs, this one has been a real game-changer. From its performance to the sleek design, here’s a breakdown of what excites me the most about the RTX 4070 Super and how it’s elevated my gaming and daily computer use.
What Excites Me the Most?
The thing that stands out most about the RTX 4070 Super is its combination of power and efficiency. We’re talking about next-gen Ada Lovelace architecture, which brings a huge leap in performance-per-watt. This card is not just fast; it runs cool, even under heavy load. The energy efficiency alone makes it an appealing choice for gamers and content creators who want top-tier performance without breaking the bank on electricity bills.
But what excites me even more is the DLSS 3.0 and Ray Tracing capabilities. Being able to run Cyberpunk 2077 with full ray tracing enabled and still maintain smooth frame rates is mind-blowing. The realism that Ray Tracing adds to games is just stunning, and the AI-powered performance boost from DLSS 3.0 really takes the experience to another level.
How Has It Impacted My Daily Life or Gaming Experience?
As someone who games and also works with video editing and 3D rendering, the RTX 4070 Super has dramatically enhanced both my playtime and productivity. For gaming, it’s a night-and-day difference. Games like Starfield and Assassin’s Creed Mirage look and feel incredibly fluid, even at 1440p with all settings cranked to ultra.
On the work side of things, video rendering has been a breeze. The CUDA cores and Tensor cores really shine when it comes to accelerating workloads, making my workflow feel more efficient. Whether it’s applying complex effects in Adobe Premiere or rendering a 3D scene in Blender, the speed is impressive.
Standout Features and Experiences
A few features really stood out to me during my time with the RTX 4070 Super:
Windforce Cooling: The three fans and the clever design of the cooling system have made this GPU run cooler than my previous card. Even when gaming for hours, I noticed significantly lower temperatures, which also means less noise, so it’s a win-win.
Support for Multiple Displays: As someone with a multi-monitor setup, the RTX 4070 Super handles multiple screens with ease, delivering smooth performance without any hiccups. Whether I’m gaming on one screen or watching YouTube while working on another, this card can handle it all.
Build Quality & Aesthetics: Gigabyte has knocked it out of the park with the design. The card looks sleek with its black-and-silver finish, and the LED accents add a nice touch without being over the top. It’s built solidly, which instills confidence in the product.
NVIDIA Reflex: For competitive gamers, NVIDIA Reflex is a game-changer, reducing latency and making everything feel more responsive. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my aim and overall performance in fast-paced games like Overwatch 2.
Joy and Satisfaction
The real joy of using the RTX 4070 Super is the sheer satisfaction that comes with knowing I have a powerful and reliable GPU in my system. It’s the kind of tech that doesn’t just meet expectations—it shatters them. Whether I’m diving into an immersive single-player adventure or engaging in an intense multiplayer match, there’s a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing I have the horsepower to handle anything I throw at it.
It’s hard not to smile when everything runs smoothly, and the visual fidelity is at its peak. This card truly makes gaming and content creation feel more immersive and more enjoyable, and I can honestly say that every game I’ve played feels like a fresh experience with the RTX 4070 Super.
Final Thoughts
The Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super is an exceptional GPU that offers outstanding performance, cool and quiet operation, and a host of features that elevate both gaming and productivity. It’s a card that balances power with efficiency and brings next-gen tech into a form factor that’s affordable for those who want to upgrade without going into the ultra-high-end pricing territory.
If you’re looking for a card that’s not only ready for today’s most demanding games but also built to handle future workloads, the RTX 4070 Super is an excellent choice. It’s been a joy to use, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their PC experience.

Style Name: AORUS MASTERPattern Name: SingleVerified PurchaseThis is a big card, but is does have 4 year warranty is very quiet and has the best factory overclock.
I also like the design and anti sag bracket, it feels solid and is not in the way like some of the other models are.
Have only had it for 24h but so far I have not been able to push it to spin the fans over 1100 rpm and no coil whine that I have heard.
