1. If the floor/carpet is dark in colour, please upgrade the product hardware in the APP for more accurate detection.

I love it SO MUCH! I’ve had it for a few months now, and it is such a good product. The vacuum works very well and it is easy to set up with the app, and works with Alexa. You can set timers for every day cleaning and routines, you can clean whole house or just rooms. It scans perfectly the house and it doesn’t have any problems going in different types of floor (I.e. wood and carpet). You can also set up the power of the vacuum per room.

Now the mopping function I don’t really like, although you can choose the level of water per room, I don’t really feel like it cleans. Almost don’t use it.

Now the mopping function I don’t really like, although you can choose the level of water per room, I don’t really feel like it cleans. Almost don’t use it.

It's dirt tray gets full quickly. Takes up more dirt than you'd think. Dogs hair can jam it up. We would replace this if it broke as it saves more work than it creates

We've it set for a full hover in the morning and the hall and kitchen at 9:30. Keeps the hall very clean.
Does not replace a full clean but using it little and often goes a long way. The mopping feature is used seldom

The dog is used to it.

The maps being over written and not avoiding the no go zones would be the main gripe. Apart from that it's a good unit. Puts in a shift every day.

I purchased the EZVIZ RE5 Plus with high hopes, as it arrived on time and was very easy to set up. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Just four weeks after purchase, it started displaying a water pump error, which made the mopping function completely useless. Then things only got worse—soon it began bumping into everything as if its sensors had stopped working. Not long after, it lost its ability to connect to WiFi, making it impossible to control through the app. And now, the final nail in the coffin: it won’t even charge at all.

I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and tried calling countless times, but I’ve received zero response. It’s clear that EZVIZ does not care about its customers once they have your money. To make matters worse, Amazon refuses to help resolve the issue, leaving me completely out of pocket with a broken device.

Avoid this product at all costs. It might seem like a great buy at first, but it quickly turns into an expensive paperweight. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually supports its customers.

Dislike = the need to wet the mop prior to each mop run.

Easy setup. Love all the setting options, from no hoover to powerful suction, no mop to heavy mop. Great mapping detail. Can map each level of home. Energy efficient and water efficiency is a great asset. Seperates dust, hair to dispose off from any heavier items, eg a ring which goes into a little tray. Noise level is fine, still quieter than a hoover. Pets took no notice after few minutes. Value for money 10/10. Appearance is clean and tidy and can be placed anywhere as long as space either side and in front is there.

I'm really happy with my purchase, arrived promptly. Even better knowing I never need to hoover or mop my floors again and change bag every 90 days.

Tip.... allow several sessions before judging its performance. Wet mop prior each day of use. Fill water tank once you see its not mopping as it doesn't inform you. After mapping for the first time, remap again later for a better performance as you will know where you may or may not want it, add restricted zones and customise its performance for each room or level.

Ho acquistato RS2 di Ezviz dopo parecchie ricerche e comparazioni tra varie opzioni a diverse fasce di prezzo.
Per le mie esigenze in questo momento l'ho ritenuto un ottimo modello.
Il mio appartamento è un open space su un solo piano e i mobili sono rialzati abbastanza da permetterne la pulizia senza fatica (gli unici due punti che non raggiunge sono sotto il tavolo per via delle sedie troppo strette e, per ora, il divano).

La spedizione mi ha stupito. Rispetto ai 6/7 giorni iniziali è arrivato in poco meno di tre con Bartolini.
Imballo e trattamento dell'articolo ottimo.

Il montaggio è semplice e anche la configurazione con assistenti vocali e app (Alexa permette di farlo partire e bloccare. Pulirà secondo la modalità impostata: solo spazzare, spazzare e lavare, solo lavare).
Ezviz è un brand che si affaccia al mercato dei robot aspirapolvere e lava pavimenti proprio con questo modello dopo essersi distinta per le telecamere di sorveglianza.
Questo è il primo lato positivo. La camera montata su RS2 fa bene il suo lavoro in qualunque condizione di luce.
La mappatura della casa è ben tracciata e in ogni caso configurabile da app per eventuali modifiche.
I file delle registrazioni e dei contenuti sono protetti da un codice così da impedirne l'accesso a terzi.
La gestione degli ostacoli va di conseguenza. Si comporta benissimo e anche in situazioni complesse riesce ad aggirare il problema offrendo soluzioni coerenti al metodo di pulizia impostato.

Le opzioni disponibili sull'app sono essenziali ma nella quotidianità basta che pulisca bene e che il lavaggio non rovini i pavimenti. Questo è ciò che fa RS2.
La potenza di aspirazione è sufficiente per la pulizia. Ho letto altri brand dichiarare oltre 10000 pascal ma non credo siano realmente necessari...a meno di voler risucchiare il pavimento stesso!

Due punti di riflessione:
- rispetto ad altri modelli, i moci per pulire con l'acqua mentre si avvicinano alla zona richiesta lasciano la scia. Questo per alcuni è un problema, per me no perché lavo per intero l'appartamento e anche se volessi concentrarmi su un'area specifica in poco tempo si asciuga.
- sacchetti: RS2 non ha i sacchetti per la raccolta della polvere ma una scatolina nel corpo robot che va svuotata manualmente come qualunque scopa elettrica. Per quanto mi riguarda non è un problema bensì un valore aggiunto. Significa non dipendere dai sacchetti con notevole risparmio.

Assistenza. Prima di acquistare RS2 ho chiamato il centro assistenza EZVIZ sito a Milano. Mi hanno detto che in caso di problemi si può far affidamento su di loro e ovviamente (per i primi due anni di garanzia) su Amazon stesso (una sicurezza ulteriore).

Finora queste sono le impressioni che mi sento di condividere. Ce ne sono tanti altri che ancora devo imparare e sicuramente esistono lati negativi come per ogni prodotto.

Lo consiglio a chi cerca un valido aiutante per le pulizie quotidiane (una volta a settimana magari una passata di aspirapolvere la do comunque ma giusto per vezzo) con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Al Black Friday 2024 era venduto a circa 599 euro.

Ho comprato questo prodotto, per alleggerire le varie pulizie della casa, leggendo le varie recensioni e vedendo i video del suo funzionamento mediante video in altri canali e devo dire che inizialmente ha fatto il suo mestiere con le varie opzioni di pulizia e lavaggio intuitive dall’app EZVIZ di cui marchio ho anche altri prodotti che funzionano egregiamente , c’è stato qualche incidente di percorso in quanto ad un certo punto , non riusciva più dopo la mappatura a recarsi in una specifica stanza assegnatagli per la pulizia , tornado in dietro nella base come se si spegnesse e bloccasse , riferendo che non riusciva a trovare la stanza , ( in quanto ha una voce che parla in base a ciò che deve fare o alle problematiche che riscontra oltre alle notifiche che arrivano sull’applicazione ) disperato dalla situazione che si ripeteva e non partiva , decido di contattare l’assistenza clienti in quanto visto il malfunzionamento ero quasi intenzionato a restituirlo, cosa che non ho fatto , perché dopo il suggerimento dell’assistenza a rifare la mappatura della casa ( che la fa’ abbastanza velocemente e facilmente ) il prodotto ha ricominciato a funzionare perfettamente , oltre al fatto che ha diverse funzioni intuitive anche sulla divisione e rinomina delle stanze. Ma la cosa forte che puoi decidere grazie alla telecamera incorporata di fare la sola perlustrazione della casa e quindi si ha a disposizione un sorvegliante che ti gira per tutte le stanze ( naturalmente le porte interne devono rimanere aperte) e si può verificare tutto ciò che si vuole o in autonomia o che lo conduci direttamente dall’applicazione stile macchina elettrica , se non riscontrerò altre problematiche più avanti al momento devo dire felicemente soddisfatto dell’acquisto
