I hate to drop a star for this ram as it’s possibly the best looking ram I’ve had and for the price , it’s very good! Unfortunately the reason for dropping to 4 star is the software. It’s extremely bad and every time I restart my pc or it goes to sleep the ram RGB changes to something and glitches out sometimes. I’ve had to uninstall the CTRL app multiple times which is a shame as the options within the app are really good and when it works it works well but it’s very buggy. The RGBs are also very bright and the colours are very accurate including the white which I’ve never had any luck with , it always has a very cool tone to it with a hint of blue and I don’t like it , This ram is a very close to perfect white colour , I’m impressed!

Whilst this memory may not be the fastest you can purchase, it is fully compliant for the Asus x670e motherboards. It is one of only a few that is supported in a 2 x 32GB configuration. You really do need to be careful purchasing DDR5 over DDR4 especially when it comes to the type and make of motherboard.

The Kingston was easy to install and was recognised by the BIOS straight away but remember to get the full potential speed of 6000Mhz you need to turn on Expo for AMD or XMP if being installed into a intel system.

If your into the RGB then it is compatible with most major suppliers lighting management systems and in the case of Asus was picked up by Aura straight away.

In terms of speed, I would say it's only slightly slower than other well know suppliers of memory in this size and speed. Heat distribution is only slightly warmer and that's probably due to its lower profile.

All in all though it's a great choice of memory for the price and will save you a fair bit compared to others for a small amount of performance that honestly you won't notice.

Whilst this memory may not be the fastest you can purchase, it is fully compliant for the Asus x670e motherboards. It is one of only a few that is supported in a 2 x 32GB configuration. You really do need to be careful purchasing DDR5 over DDR4 especially when it comes to the type and make of motherboard.

The Kingston was easy to install and was recognised by the BIOS straight away but remember to get the full potential speed of 6000Mhz you need to turn on Expo for AMD or XMP if being installed into a intel system.

If your into the RGB then it is compatible with most major suppliers lighting management systems and in the case of Asus was picked up by Aura straight away.

In terms of speed, I would say it's only slightly slower than other well know suppliers of memory in this size and speed. Heat distribution is only slightly warmer and that's probably due to its lower profile.

All in all though it's a great choice of memory for the price and will save you a fair bit compared to others for a small amount of performance that honestly you won't notice.

Not that I'm complaining. Full complement of 140mm Corsair fans (the kind with that single cable daisy chain design) lights things up well. I've had lighted fans before on older Intel chips, but never (DDR4) RGB memory. Kingston had a 128GB kit from amazon for $400 so I bought it. Important to be sure that level is on the qualified parts list motherboard makers put out - MSI listed this set. It is necessary to "de-tune" the DDR5 memory to 4600 or so, which I did.

This is a high-quality product from a well proven supplier and it uses Hynix A-die chips, ones that are currently the best on the market. It started in one click without any issue at all at advertized timings and clocks with my AMD 9800x3d and it can run significantly faster with some manual tweaking.

My only problem was RGB lights on the set. The issue is that they are ON by default and while I can customize color (or turn them off), its all back to square one each time I reboot until I run a special utility. That's pretty annoying, RGB should be either off by default or at least. Its typical for all RGB-enabled sets though. Customization-wide you can set any color to 8 addressable LEDs on this RAM, giving you plenty of options once you boot past this default "rainbow" effect
