Great ice crusher, fine shavings. But moves on tablecloth or non-smooth surfaces.
As shown in my video, this ice crusher, can crush cubes of ice into fine shavings of ice, perfect for a great slush. but there are two other settings for cruching the ice into coarser bigger pieces too but in my video I show the finest setting. The crusher has suction pads to avoid moving but don't have it on a tablecloth, otherwise it will move while crushing. Don't even have it on a smooth plastic tablecloth on a small table because even though the suction pads can stick on it, it will then move the whole tablecloth! Have this mounted on a fixed smooth counter surface. While crushing, it does wobble slightly but if the suction pads are firmly gripped onto a smooth counter surface, it won't move around. However, to be on the safe side, I would not let this Ice crusher crush ice unattended. The crusher operates by simply turning the cover into an on or off position. The jug has a stirrer which automatically stirs the crushed ice to avoid any sticking. A great feature, so the ice pieces have complete separation. I love it.

    Lovely piece of kit, shaves the ice well but works better with ice cubes rather than crushed ice (I had to keep stopping and pushing the crushed ice pieces down as they kept getting wedged). Makes great slush and fab for cocktails. Base has suction feet which grip well and make it sturdy and doesn’t move on the worktop, easy to use and good value for money too!
