I love weighted blankets, I find they help with relaxation and reducing stress after a difficult day. They hug to your body giving a sense of safety and security. My Husband purchased this one for my 19 year old 6ft Son. It's 7kg in weight which I didn't find as effective, the size just covers his double bed but wish I'd purchased a bigger size with a heavier weight.
