    Seriously, it's really comfy to use without turning it on. The memory foam construction means it just moulds to me and forces me to sit more upright, which is immediately much better for my back.
    Of course, turning it on is thew idea.... and when it's on, it provides excellent, soothing relief; with a few different massage modes, and heat levels to really penetrate into the skin and muscles etc - lovely!
    I've used it for my head/neck also and again, it's very effective, especially after a long drive or long day at work.
    The quality is really nice, and the cover can be removed and washes nicely too.

    I purchased two different brands at around the same price to compare. This is the one I decided to keep.
    The positioning of the buttons is more comfortable to press and see while wearing the device. I do think they could be even lower/straps longer. The heat pad worked better than the other brand, and the charge port is discreet. The other one had a dongle that stuck out and was sort of in the way.

    The main thing was the three modes of massage. There is one that has a pause, and it's great.
    For the price, I think this was a solid buy.
