    I had high hopes for this seat as I am required to do a lot of sitting during the day. I have hip, sciatica and back issues and I wanted to find something with high ratings. The actual cushion is very large (which is good as I have a larger bottom) and it does form around your body when sitting. It is quite slippery however and while it stays on the chair, I find myself sliding off the top of the cushion and have to readjust myself quite a bit. It leans a bit forward and therefore, I move with gravity. It does force me to sit up straight and have better posture and I believe that is helping a bit with my lower back pain. My hips haven't improved however and still hurt as does my sciatica. It is a nice cushion but with my constantly needing to stand and sit toward the back of the cushion as I slide forward, I sadly cannot give it five stars. Perhaps someone that is smaller in stature might not find the same issue as I have? Overall, it is well built, sturdy and does stay on the chair.
