I have never used a mattress topper before, and this has been an amazing experience.
It comes flat packed, and there is a tool provided to open the plastic.
The topper itself is so comfortable and cool. It really has boosted our old mattress and we have both slept well. We have had it now about 5 days and I think it's brilliant. We ordered superking and it fits our superking bed perfectly. It hasn't moved and remains in place.
I had deep fitted bed sheets and they still fit.
Other people have complained of a smell- we did not have any smell from the topper.
I fully recommend this, it was absolutely worth the money.
