I bought this so I could use my bluetooth noise cancelling headphones with my pc (Windows does not support the AAC codec needed, so they sounded terrible with the native bluetooth). Plugged into the headphone jack and paired to the headphones in about two minutes. Audio quality is great and range seems decent with no dropouts 2 floors above the transmitter. However, there is some latency which lets this product down. Whilst it is good for audio, it doesn't work well when combined with video.

It connects easily and keeps a good connection. Only way it reduces latency is when there is no other competing Bluetooth around. One slight bug - when it is plugged into a USB charger to charge in transmitter mode the Bluetooth turns on and connects to the receiver even when no analog device is attached to the phono plug. This can cause problems if the receiver was attached to another transmitter as it takes over any music being played from the other transmitter resulting in silence from the receiver.
